In 2011 over 80 riders and participants took the 90- mile round trip ride from the Port of Miami to have lunch at the famed Oyster House Restaurant in Everglades City. The ride raised more than $5,000 for Seafarers' House, a non-profit organization that offers refuge and resources to crew members aboard cruise and cargo ships that call at Port Everglades. Lesley Warrick, executive director of Seafarers' House said her organization is "grateful" for Cruise Shipping Miami's dedicated partnership! In 2012, the ride will offer riders and participants the chance to enjoy a scenic ride down the Florida Keys!
