The 2014 Travel Agent Training Agenda

The 2014 Travel Agent Training Program was a huge success! The prgramming, presented by Cella Baker, focused on how Travel Agents can improve their business, increase thier industry knowledge, and network with their peers!

Only 24%  of  North Americans have experienced a cruise. A cruise event may be just what it takes to convert the other 76%. This seminar will teach you how to plan, publicize and present a successful cruise event. Learn about venue selection, timing, supplier relationships and on-site sales tips.

They may be your clients, your colleagues or your suppliers – and they grew up in an entirely different culture from yours. In this global village we live in, your ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds has become a clear-cut asset and a highly sought-after skill. In this 90-minute seminar you'll explore the subtle, fascinating and often surprising values, behaviors and practices that loom large in any cross-cultural situation and, once you become aware of them, will give you an edge in our multicultural workplace.
